When I first found 1stphorm it was 2014 and I was training for my first body building show. I was having to drink protein shakes for the first ?me and could not stand most protein. It was chalky and gritty and honestly disgusting. Then I saw an ad for 1st Phorm and I decided to give it a try. I remember leaving the gym and took a sip of CTC (their cinnamon toast crunch flavored post-workout protein) for the first time and audibly saying "holy cow" that’s good. The quality and taste of their supplements initially got me hooked, but the culture, the people, the movement is what kept me around.
